Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes:
- Thoroughly wash the small potatoes.
- Boil or steam them until fork-tender.
- Once cooked, keep them warm until serving.
Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash and slice the assorted vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onions) into bite-sized pieces.
